The client retains ownership of all client-provided materials, data, and confidential information.
6. Confidentiality

- Hold all client confidential information in strict confidence.

These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement and continue for a period of three years thereafter, or indefinitely for information constituting a trade secret.
7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
